HOA Annual Assessment Fee Year 2026

The annual Homeowners Association Assessment Fee for 2026 is $130.00, due January 1st.
The annual Homeowners Association Assessment Fee for 2027 will be $140.00, due January 1st, 2027.
Home Sales: Bank Requests and Transfer Fees

The work which goes into title demands has become quite involved, with banks demanding much information. To help with timely support, please notify your bank that they will need to provide at least a 7 day notice for information related to the sale of the home. The bank should send a request directly to the HOA by clicking "CONTACT US" and selecting "TITLE DEMANDS - SALE OF HOME". A transfer fee of $150.00 will be assessed to the banks to cover time and expenses. This process also applies for refinancing requests, though with a lower fee of $30.00.
